Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any
mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law in the country where you reside.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Oziny and each user (

“you”).
1.1 For Users accessing the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, these Terms constitute
general transaction conditions under applicable consumer protection laws.
1.2 Where mandatory local laws impose stricter obligations or protections,
local laws shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
2. Eligibility and Capacity
2.1 You may use the Services only if:
- You have full legal capacity under applicable law; and
- Your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2.2 If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account Registration and Security

6.2 You retain ownership of your User Content.
6.3 By submitting User Content, you grant Oziny a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display such content
solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
6.4 Oziny does not use User Content for advertising or marketing purposes without consent where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 All intellectual property rights in the Services (excluding User Content) are owned by Oziny or its licensors.
7.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the Services except as expressly permitted by law.
8. Fees, Payments, and Commercial Terms
8.1 Certain Services may be subject to fees.
8.2 Prior to any transaction, Users will be provided with clear and transparent information regarding:
- Pricing and applicable taxes;
- Payment methods and billing cycles;
- Refund, cancellation, or termination conditions (if applicable).
8.3 Oziny does not impose hidden or undisclosed charges.
8.4 Refunds are processed in accordance with disclosed policies and applicable law.
9. Advertising, Promotions, and Third-Party Services
9.1 The Services may contain third-party content, links, or integrations.
9.2 Oziny is not responsible for third-party services unless otherwise required by law.
9.3 Any use of personal data for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes is governed by the Privacy Policy and subject to user consent where required by law.
10. Privacy and Personal Data
10.1 Your use of the Services is subject to Oziny’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
10.2 Users have the right to:
- Choose whether to provide certain personal data;
- Allow or refuse data use for advertising or third-party sharing;
- Withdraw consent and exercise other data protection rights in accordance with applicable law.
11. Suspension and Termination
11.1 Oziny may suspend or terminate access to the Services where:

- Necessary to prevent harm, fraud, or security risks.
11.2 Any suspension or termination shall:
- Be proportionate and lawful;
- Not limit mandatory consumer rights;
- Be communicated where required by law.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
This section does not exclude warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Advertising and Financial Services Disclaimer
13.1 Non-Financial Services Advertiser Status
The Company hereby affirms that it is not, and does not hold itself out to be, a provider of financial services. The Company’s primary business activities do not involve the offering, brokering, or facilitation of financial products or services.
13.2 Third-Party Advertising
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Application may, from time to time, display advertising content supplied by third-party partners. Such advertising may include promotional material relating to financial services or financial service add-ons, provided that the advertiser is duly authorized under applicable law and has satisfied Google’s Financial Services Verification requirements.
13.3 Limited Scope of Engagement
Any financial services referenced in advertisements are offered solely by the third-party advertiser. The Company does not endorse, recommend, or assume responsibility for such services. Users who choose to engage with such advertisements acknowledge that any resulting relationship, transaction, or obligation is exclusively between the user and the authorized advertiser.
13.4 Compliance and Regulation
All advertising content displayed within the Application is subject to Google’s Advertising Policies, the Google Play Developer Program Policies, and applicable local laws and regulations. The Company reserves the right to reject, remove, or restrict advertising content that, in its sole discretion, fails to comply with these requirements.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oziny shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
14.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:
- Wilful misconduct or gross negligence;
- Damages that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
14.3 Limitation of Liability
The Company disclaims any and all liability arising from or related to financial services advertisements displayed within the Application. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence prior to engaging with any financial services provider.
15. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
15.1 Oziny maintains a publicly accessible complaint-handling mechanism, including:
- Clearly published receiving channels;
- Transparent processing steps;
- Reasonable response timelines.
15.2 Users are encouraged to resolve disputes through good-faith communication prior to escalation.
15.3 Users retain the right to submit complaints or disputes to competent authorities or courts under applicable law.
16. Protection of Vulnerable Consumers
Where required by applicable law, Oziny applies enhanced safeguards for vulnerable consumers, including:
- Simplified communication methods;
- Priority handling of complaints;
- Additional support measures.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by applicable law as determined by conflict-of-law principles.
Mandatory consumer protection laws of the User’s country of residence remain fully applicable and are not waived by these Terms.
18. Changes to These Terms
Oziny may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes affecting Users’ rights or obligations will be communicated in advance.
Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
20. Assignment
Oziny may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or corporate restructuring, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oziny regarding the Services.
